How does pickup and delivery work?
Schedule your first pickup online. We collect your items, professionally clean them, and return everything on your chosen delivery date. Before each scheduled visit, you'll receive a reminder text — reply "yes" to confirm or ignore it to skip.
What areas do you serve?
We serve Bethesda, Chevy Chase, Rockville, and Silver Spring in Montgomery County, Maryland.
Is in-store drop-off still available?
Yes. All locations accept in-store drop-off and pickup. Customers can also drop items off in person and have their finished order delivered to their home.
Do you clean delicate, household, or specialty items?
Yes. We professionally clean delicate garments, household items, and specialty items. Household items are pressed using the same specialized equipment we use for hotel clients. Specialty cleaning includes outdoor gear (furniture covers, sleeping bags), sports uniforms and jerseys, ceremonial and religious garments (graduation gowns, choir robes, cassocks, albs, tallits, thobes), leather goods (jackets, skirts, pants), and shoe services (new heels, resoling, cleaning, polishing).
