Welcome to Super Cleaners. By using our website and services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. Services

Super Cleaners provides dry cleaning, laundry, tailoring, and related garment care services, including pickup and delivery options. Service availability may vary by location and scheduling. We reserve the right to decline items that are unsafe to handle or outside the scope of our standard services.

2. Orders & Pickup/Delivery

Customers are responsible for scheduling pickups and ensuring items are accessible at the scheduled time. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, traffic, or operational factors. Changes or cancellations to scheduled pickups should be communicated as early as possible. Super Cleaners is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our control.

3. Garment Care & Liability

We take genuine care with every item we handle. Our team follows industry-standard cleaning procedures and takes precautions to protect your garments throughout the care process.

Customer Responsibilities

Before submitting items for service, customers are responsible for:

  • Checking all pockets and removing personal belongings
  • Disclosing any known pre-existing damage, staining, or fragility
  • Providing any special care instructions not indicated on the garment’s care label

Super Cleaners is not liable for damage resulting from undisclosed conditions or failure to follow the above.

Items We Cannot Be Responsible For

We are not responsible for:

  • Normal wear and tear or pre-existing damage
  • Color loss, shrinkage, or structural failure caused by manufacturer defects or incorrect care labeling
  • Damage caused by inherent fabric weaknesses that are not detectable before cleaning
  • Items left in pockets that cause damage to the garment or other items during the care process

How We Determine Liability

In the event of verified damage or loss, our liability is determined using the guidelines set forth in the Fair Claims Guide for Consumer Textile Products (ANSI/IFI), the recognized industry standard for garment claims adjustment. This means:

  • Liability is based on the current depreciated value of the item, not the original purchase price
  • Depreciated value is calculated using the item’s type, age, and condition at the time of loss or damage, along with its estimated replacement cost
  • Items that have exceeded their expected useful life may have minimal or no adjustment value

Reporting a Concern

If you believe your garment was damaged or lost during the care process, please contact us within 24 hours of pickup or delivery using the contact information at the bottom of this page. When reaching out, please have your invoice or ticket number available and be prepared to bring the item in for inspection.

Please do not attempt repairs or additional cleaning before contacting us, as doing so may affect our ability to assess the issue. All concerns are subject to inspection and review. Reporting a concern does not constitute acceptance of liability on our part.

Claims submitted outside the 24-hour window may not be eligible for review, as we cannot verify that the issue occurred during our care process.

4. Pricing & Payments

Prices are subject to change without notice. Final pricing may vary depending on garment type, condition, or special treatment required. Payment is due upon completion of services unless a prior arrangement has been made. Super Cleaners reserves the right to hold items until payment is received.

5. Cancellations & Changes

Orders may be modified or canceled prior to processing. Once cleaning has begun, cancellations may not be possible and the full service charge may apply.

6. Unclaimed Items

Items not picked up within 30 days of the completion notice may be subject to storage fees or donation at our discretion. Super Cleaners is not responsible for items left unclaimed beyond this period.

7. Website Use

By using this website, you agree not to:

  • Use the site for unlawful purposes
  • Attempt to access restricted areas or interfere with site functionality
  • Submit false or misleading information

8. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

9. Service Areas

Services are currently available in select areas of Maryland, including Bethesda, Chevy Chase, Rockville, and Silver Spring.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of any changes. We encourage customers to review this page periodically.
